About

Who is
behind this

I am a software engineer who likes both ends of the stack: the part where microseconds matter and the part a person actually touches.

I started in a competitive, scholarship-funded program at Base Camp Coding Academy, kept going through an A.A.S. in Coding Technologies, and I am finishing a B.S. in Applied Computer Science at Southern Miss while working two engineering internships.

The work I care most about sits close to the metal. In Lunvix Explorer I wrote a multi-threaded filesystem crawler backed by a persistent redb index so search returns effectively instantly, then hardened the Tauri IPC layer against path traversal and tightened its CSP. That mix — concurrency, data structures, and taking security seriously before someone makes you — is the kind of engineering I want to keep doing.

At the same time I ship product. At C Spire I was the sole engineer rebuilding the wireless team's internal application off jQuery 3 onto React over a Scala backend, and I left with a full-time offer. At EdgeTheory I replaced a manual Chrome-extension release with a reusable GitHub Actions pipeline, then debugged everything the real world threw at it: credential parsing, Drive API quotas, rclone flag conflicts, Vite build failures.

Coursework-wise I am deep in Data Structures & Algorithm Analysis in C++ and Web Application Security against the OWASP Top 10. Away from a keyboard I lift and meal prep, which is the same loop as engineering: measure, adjust, repeat.
